Shipping policy

Your orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We’d like to kindly ask your understanding that we do not have the same manpower as the gigantic warehouses you might order from, have. There might be a high demand, a personal event or illness delaying the process. But others than the big ones, we can at least promise to get in touch with you and keep you updated!

International Shipping
We offer international shipping to most countries. Please use the check out of the regarding product to find out if that product is available in your region.

Estimated delivery time:

Again please use the check out to get an estimate. Please be aware that cheaper or even free options are cheaper or even free, because they are shipped at the convenience of the shipper. Carrying your beloved product around the globe will all the other things can take a while. If you can’t wait for two, three or even four weeks to get your product, you might think twice.

Climate change, politics, and human errors are potential factors for delay, these are acts of nature beyond control, which even Winneworp cannot control.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Winneworp is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
